Return Policy 2017

UNOPENED EQUIPMENT RETURN ( NOT REPLACEMENT):

Within 3 months of purchase date:

  • Equipment may be returned within 3 months of purchase date and will not incur any restocking fees.
    • Must be returned in new condition including original equipment box and supplies or charges will apply.
    • Any equipment deployed or encrypted will be subject to a $10 fee per SERVICE & PER piece of equipment.
    • Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • Software and Sim Cards may not be returned for any reason.

AFTER 90 DAYS(full days): 25% restocking fee; also no credit for services or shipping. Any missing cables, batteries etc will be charged at full rate against credit.

REPLACEMENT of DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
*Within 7 days of purchase: Free Overnight (if requested) Shipping
*Returned with no restocking fee
*Full credit; including services fees.

*No credit on shipping because we shipped a replacement at no cost
*Call tag supplied for defective equipment if requested

Opened equipment can not be returned.
