Role Types

• Reseller Admin – Can access all functions of portal and add new users
• User – Full access user, unable to create additional logins
• User No Virtual Terminal – Full access user, unable to use virtual terminal commands
• Read Only – only able to see information, unable to edit

Create new user procedures:

1. Click on user tab
2. In upper right hand corner, select NEW
3. Enter full name, email. and Role, click create.
