First Data with Rapid Connect and TransArmor

  • First enable the account for TransArmor on Omaha. This can be done in Client eMerchantview or in AccessOne. For PAX, the flags need to be: Security Level – 01 – Encryption and Tokenization Encryption Type – 01 – RSA/PKI Token Indicator – M – Multi-pay Token
  • The settings will need to cycle overnight so that the Token Type is generated
  • Once this is generated, these settings must be added on the Nashville frontend via FDPOS along with the Token Type: TransArmor Indicator – Both Encryption and Tokenization TransArmor Encryption Type – 01 Token Type – enter the unique Token Type that is generated
  • The last step from here is to add the necessary settings in PAX/BroadPOS
