If you downloaded the eConduit Clover app and the amount is not showing on the screen after pairing with your POS, ensure the following:
- eConduit app is installed on main clover Clover screen and says “connected”
- Clover and POS are paired
- Access Admin area on Clover by using MORE TOOLS (need to have admin access)
- Download SECURE NETWORK PAY DISPLAY. If already installed, uninstall, reboot device, and install again.
- Launch eConduit app – will position on Clover screen and if connected to internet, say “connected”
- Test transaction with POS
