Clover Doesn’t Show Amount on Screen

If you downloaded the eConduit Clover app and the amount is not showing on the screen after pairing with your POS, ensure the following:

  1. eConduit app is installed on main clover Clover screen and says “connected”
  2. Clover and POS are paired
  3. Access Admin area on Clover by using MORE TOOLS (need to have admin access)
  4. Download SECURE NETWORK PAY DISPLAY.  If already installed, uninstall, reboot device, and install again.
  5. Launch eConduit app – will position on Clover screen and if connected to internet, say “connected”
  6. Test transaction with POS
