Follow the procedures below to download a new file or update an existing Dejavoo terminal application.

1. Press OK for core menu
2. anytime password is required, it’s “1234” and enter
3. Utility
4. Software download
5. Connect (Ethernet or Wifi) – select based on existing connection type
6. FULL
7. It will ask for TPN#, this is your serial number (if already in device, confirm via Green button)
8. Press OK.
9. When it says Apply Updates, choose yes. Terminal will do the rest and do a full update

Outbound Communication “Connecting”

If for any reason the device remains in “Connecting” for long periods of time, ensure outbound traffic is not block via Proxy or other network rules. eConduit communicates to dc.econduitapp.com on port 80 using a raw TCP connection (not http).
