If you experience a loss of connection from your POS, you can run a sale manually on the Dejavoo terminal line.
- Click the Green button
- Enter the Manager password of “1234”
- Select UTILITY from the menu
- Enter the Manager Password of “1234”
- Select COMMUNICATIONS
- Select LOCAL PARMS
- Select SPIN
- Select SPIN MODE
- Select LOCAL
- Hit red button until back at main screen
You will manually enter the amount due and process transaction. When the loss of connection is re-stored, follow the steps above to put the device back in integrated mode. For Step #9, select TUNNEL.
