If you experience a loss of connection from your POS, you can run a sale manually on the Dejavoo terminal line.

1. Click the Green button
2. Enter the Manager password of “1234”
3. Select UTILITY from the menu
4. Enter the Manager Password of “1234”
5. Select COMMUNICATIONS
6. Select LOCAL PARMS
7. Select SPIN
8. Select SPIN MODE
9. Select LOCAL
10. Hit red button until back at main screen

You will manually enter the amount due and process transaction.  When the loss of connection is re-stored, follow the steps above to put the device back in integrated mode.  For Step #9, select TUNNEL.
