Hardware ordering requirements:
- eConduit application is requested at time of purchase, it will be added by Chase prior to deployment.
- Device must also have the semi integrated (TSI) application loaded
Chase Semi Integrated Steps (support for semi-integrated capabilities are handled by Chase)
- Click Admin
- Click #9 Misc Options
- Click #1 for semi integrated
- Enable Semi Integrated to “on”
- Communication type for Desk 5000 is Ethernet

- Port must be 5020
- Receipt options must be at Terminal

eConduit
- Press Function Key (Upper most grey button with circle)
- Press Click eConduit icon
- Press Click “Cloud Server”
- Press “Start Cloud Server” – message will display
- Press Red key to revert back to previous screen
- Press Print Configuration
- (print out will provide Terminal ID used for pairing with Point of Sale software – example 03779804)
- Press Red button until back at main screen
Click Chase logo located at bottom center of screen (screen should show Welcome/Bonjour)
eConduit Portal
- Press Claim New Terminal
- Enter Terminal ID and press Register
- Will show “successful”, select “configure terminal”
- Invoice number needs to be set to “0”
